Compensation and Benefits Manager - Asia and NAME

• Ownership of the Compensation and Benefits matters for Asia and Name (North Africa and Middle-East) regions;
• Main point of contact for HR Managers ;
• Active participation in Compensation and Benefits projects, activities and conferences.

Profil attendu

• At least 6 years' experience within an international organization;
• University degree in human resources or other related discipline;
• Familiar with compensation and benefits matters in the Asia and NAME regions;
• Strong interest in the humanitarian field;
• Ability to efficiently communicate in English;
• A good knowledge of French is an asset;
• Knowledge of SucessFactors is a strong asset or any equivalent system.
