Description de la mission

• You manage the whole employee lifecycle and all HR administrative matters
• You handle social insurances and ensure compliance with Swiss labor law
• You prepare induction plans, conduct onboarding and provide HR support to employees
• You update and maintain HR dashboards, provide HR data analysis and make recommandations
• You participate in salary surveys submission
• You work on ad hoc projects (HR process optimization)

Profil attendu

• HR education
• At least 5 years relevant experience in managing the whole HR Administration/HR Analytics within an international organisation 
• Very good knowldege of social insurances and swiss labor law
• Very good command of Excel & HR Systems
• Very good command of English (min. C1)
• Customer service oriented, strong analytical skills, attention to details
